What you’ll need to succeed
You will have hands on experience in with CRM platforms, emial marketing tools and analytics platforms. In addition to this, you will:
* Possess first-class communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence.
* Proven experience in CRM and email marketing within financial services or related industries.
* Strong analytical skills with a data driven mindset, capable of interpreting customer feedback and campaign performance metrics to inform decisions and optimise results.
* Experience with customer segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
* Understanding of email deliverability, compliance, and best practices in customer communications.
