We are looking for Service attendants to join our team on a Full-time basis in Dublin 08
Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 07:00-15:00

Main duties and responsibilities:
* Clean all common areas in our buildings around the campus and ensure all consumables are always replenished.
* Assist in emergencies such as light leaks, spills etc.
* Attend to meeting room requests/set ups/clean-ups
* Support the team with Event Management and other ad hoc duties when required.
* Report all hazards and incidents which you encounter
* Ensure reception is always kept tidy, ensuring to check this area frequently.
* Remove wastepaper from all areas and ensure proper storage, segregation and collection by contractor
* Frequent checks of key areas like toilets and common area, tidying and replenishing stock when necessary
* Any other requests as may be required from time to time.
* Flexibility working weekends and after hours when requested
Qualifications and experience
* Highly organized and excellent time management
* A high level of attention to detail
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Customer service experience
* Fluent English
* Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
