Williams Racingis seeking aSenior Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Project Managerto spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects that drive our performance on and off the track. This role is tailor-made for someone withextensive experience managing M&E projects and highly complex technical facilities—think laboratories, engineering hubs, and high-spec automotive production environments.
What You’ll Be Driving
* Project Management:Lead and manage M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Team Leadership:Supervise and coordinate the work of M&E engineers, contractors, and other project team members.
* Design and Planning:Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed project plans and specifications.
* Contract Management:Oversee the procurement and management of M&E contracts, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
* Quality Assurance:Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications.
* Health and Safety:Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and best practices.
* Budget Management:Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
* Stakeholder Communication:Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including team members, contractors, and senior management.
* Risk Management:Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Extensive experience in managing M&E projects, and highly complex technical facilities such as laboratories, engineering/automotive production operations.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* In-depth knowledge of M&E systems, construction methods, and industry standards.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
