Responsibilities: Manage allocated accounts from start to finish, maintaining regular communication to address business needs. Oversee the intake procedure of raw materials to ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with Production Supervisors and staff to establish and maintain quality standards on packing lines. Ensure proper release and allocation of fruit to orders, aiming to minimize rejections. Address and resolve stock-related issues efficiently. Monitor the profitability and loss (P&L) of assigned accounts, striving for maximum efficiency. Facilitate clear handovers between team members and departments. Continuously assess and recommend improvements for the overall production process. Provide support across various business areas as needed.
