annum - Shifts typically range from 8:30 AM until 18:00 PM

Manager to join our dedicated team.
Your role in our family:
* Support
the Reservations Manager in the daily running of the department
* Help
maximise occupancy and revenue through effective reservations management
* Ensure
a smooth and efficient booking experience for all guests
* Lead
and supervise the team in the absence of the Reservations Manager
* Attend
Head of Department meetings and contribute to hotel-wide goals
* Uphold
high service standards and support training and development of team
members
* Undertake
Hotel Duty Manager shifts as required, ensuring the smooth operation of
the hotel.
What would make you the perfect fit?
* 2+
years’ experience in hotel reservations or front office
* Familiarity
with booking systems/PMS (e.g., Opera preferred)
* A
highly organised approach with strong attention to detail
* Natural
leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
* A
calm, solution-focused mindset under pressure
* Confidence
working with data, reports, Word, and Excel
* A
genuine passion for hospitality and delivering seamless guest experiences
* Excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal
