We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Administrator to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art student accommodation in the heart of Manchester.
Position Overview
* Part-time, 17.5 hours/week, Wednesday to Friday
* Location: Central Manchester
* Hourly Rate: £12.50
* Fixed-term contract for 3 months
As a Sales & Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism. You will also contribute to our sales and marketing efforts, maintain our resident database, and organize engaging student events.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver friendly, professional customer service to residents
2. Respond effectively to queries, complaints, and incidents, escalating when necessary
3. Assist in sales and marketing activities to ensure residence occupancy
4. Follow established operating procedures
5. Maintain safety and welfare of residents at all times
6. Organize and communicate social events for residents
7. Adhere to health and safety responsibilities as outlined in the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
Qualifications
1. Excellent customer service and communication skills
2. Personable with a genuine passion for engaging with people
3. Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
4. Highly organized, able to multitask effectively
5. Proficient in MS Office
6. Resilient, adaptable, and culturally aware
