⏰ Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm / Friday 7:30am – 12:30pm

We are currently recruiting for a Goods in Administrator / Warehouse Operative to join our client’s friendly and fast-paced team in Rochdale. This role combines warehouse duties with administrative responsibilities, supporting the efficient receipt and processing of incoming deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately receive, inspect, and book in all incoming goods and materials
Check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes
Record and input delivery information onto company systems
Liaise with suppliers, drivers, and internal departments to resolve delivery discrepancies
Maintain organised, accurate, and up-to-date records
Assist with unloading, moving, and storing stock within the warehouse
Support the wider warehouse and administration teams when required
Ensure goods in areas are kept clean, organised, and safeRequirements:
âś… Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office and data entry systems
âś… Strong attention to detail and accuracy when checking goods and paperwork
âś… Good organisational and communication skills
âś… Ability to work independently and as part of a team
âś… Previous experience in a Goods In, Warehouse Operative, or Warehouse Administration role is desirable
