A prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the Scottish Highlands is seeking a skilled and passionate Breakfast Chef to join its award-winning kitchen team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-end, plated breakfast service environment, delivering excellence to discerning guests in a stunning rural setting.
The Role
As Breakfast Chef, you will take ownership of the morning service, delivering consistently high standards across a 70-cover plated breakfast operation. You will play a key role in setting the tone for the guest experience each day.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality plated breakfast dishes to 5 standards
- Manage and execute a smooth, efficient breakfast service for up to 70 covers
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation at all times
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP compliant)
- Work closely with the Head Chef and wider brigade
- Assist with prep and mise en place for ongoing kitchen operations
About You
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-quality hotel or fine dining environment
- Strong knowledge of fresh, seasonal produce and breakfast cookery
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about hospitality
- A team player with a positive attitude
