Were seeking an experienced and energetic General Manager to lead the launch of an exciting new entertainment venue in Kingston. Spread across two vibrant floors, this venue will offer a range of immersive experiences for families during the day and adults in the evening, including arcade games, sports simulators, duck pin bowling, VR, and more. With two bars and a busy kitchen serving everything from pizza to popcorn, this is a high-energy, customer-focused environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of three managers and approximately 25 staff
* Oversee all aspects of daily operations across arcade, sports areas, bars, and kitchen
* Drive high standards in service, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance
* Manage stock, liaise with suppliers, and monitor inventory
* Ensure excellent food and beverage delivery and contribute to menu planning
* Maintain a customer-first focus, handling complaints and driving satisfaction
* Deliver revenue growth and manage KPIs, costs, and team performance
* Promote events, parties, and local marketing initiatives
* Operate a seamless cashless payment system
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
