Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in the North East. This role is pivotal in supporting our operations by ensuring efficient administrative processes that contribute to our mission of delivering excellence in stonemasonry. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and play a key role in maintaining our high standards.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
* Maintain accurate records and manage data entry tasks efficiently.
* Handle phone communications with professionalism and courtesy.
* Assist with financial documentation: inputting timesheet data and supplier invoices
* Assist with staff training and development and keep records using Sharepoint.
* Provide support for company fleet management, booking MOT's. Servicing.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
* Experience with data entry and clerical duties is required.
