We are expanding our team and seeking motivated Cleaners who are detail-oriented, trustworthy, and passionate about providing excellent service.
Position: Cleaner (Residential, Post-Construction & Office Cleaning)Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out general residential cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.)
* Perform detailed post-construction cleans (removing dust, debris, polishing surfaces, ensuring move-in readiness)
* Provide regular and deep office cleaning (desks, communal areas, restrooms, bins, floors)
* Handle cleaning equipment and materials safely and responsibly
* Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
* Report any issues, damages, or maintenance needs promptly
* Ensure all tasks are completed to Divine Sparkle Ltd quality standards
Requirements:
* Previous cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or construction cleaning preferred)
* Attention to detail and high cleaning standards
* Reliability and punctuality – must be committed to scheduled shifts
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills and a professional attitude with clients
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
* Flexibility to travel to Birmingham, Northampton, Daventry, and Oxford (jobs assigned based on location availability)
* Right to work in the UK

This is a zero-hours contract with no guaranteed hours. On average, our cleaners typically work between 10–15 hours per week, with shifts ranging from 2–4 hours for regular cleans and up to 6–8 hours for deep or post-construction cleans, depending on client demand and your availability.
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
