Job Title: Care Brokerage Team Lead

NHS Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West (BOB) Integrated Care Board is responsible for planning and delivering health and care services for the communities in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire West.
The All Age Complex Continuing Care Service (AACCC) seeks a motivated individual to lead our brokerage team across one of our three bases in Oxford, Reading, or High Wycombe.
Main Duties
The role involves coordinating a small team responsible for sourcing care for the AACCC team and managing the lifecycle of placements or care provisions, from initial requests to identifying and sourcing appropriate providers based on clinical need, outcomes, cost, and efficiency. The postholder will liaise with assessors and providers, undertaking negotiations as needed to ensure service user needs are met.

Job Responsibilities
Manage procurement, commissioning, and contracting of care packages for eligible AACCC clients. Support the AACCCC Commissioning Team by providing professional procurement services and sourcing cost-effective placements that meet individual needs in collaboration with clients and families.
