Overview
Naomi House & Jacksplace, dedicated to supporting life-limited and life-threatened children, young people, and their families, is seeking an innovative and ambitious Senior Fundraiser (Regional). This role involves building strong relationships with community groups, schools, and individuals across Hampshire & IOW, Wiltshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Surrey, and West Sussex to generate vital funds for our services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver community fundraising initiatives across the region.
2. Manage income streams and workload efficiently to meet ambitious targets.
3. Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, donors, and supporters.
4. Develop and execute strategies to grow fundraising efforts.
Candidate Profile
* Proven success in fundraising with a track record of achievement.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Passion and vision to drive growth in a forward-thinking charity.
Hours and Benefits
This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours. The role offers hybrid working: 3 days in the office at Sutton Scotney and 2 days remote, with regional travel required.
Salary: up to £30,750 FTE, dependent on experience.
