Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated Outdoor Vocational Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive alternative provision or SEN setting this September.
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who can deliver engaging outdoor and vocational lessons to pupils with varied learning needs. This may include areas such as:
* Horticulture and environmental studies
* Outdoor survival skills and bushcraft
* Construction basics, carpentry, or mechanics
* Life skills and team-building activities

The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience teaching or delivering vocational/outdoor learning
* Be confident managing behaviour and adapting to individual student needs
* Have a nurturing, resilient, and flexible approach to teaching
* Hold or be willing to undergo a DBS check (Teaching Personnel can assist)
* QTS or relevant teaching/training qualifications are desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
