Description
* Lead the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

* Prepare and present comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making processes.
* Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to optimise profitability and efficiency.

Profile
A successful Head of FP&A should have:
* A strong background in accounting or finance, preferably with relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
* Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the FMCG industry.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
* Strong leadership abilities and experience managing and developing teams.
* Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Job Offer
* Competitive salary between £70,000 and £80,000 per annum.
