You will manage farmer engagement on behalf of your customers, fostering strong relationships with both farmers and customers. Additionally, you will liaise with commercial teams across the business.Key responsibilities include;Manage the aligned farmer groups, farmer meetings, customer reporting and issues management on farm which relate to customer standardsSupport the commercial team to engage new and prospective customers on the potential to come onto new programmesEnsure regular communication with agriculture team at customers and Arla customer teams to maintain customer support, trust and perception of value for money of the programmes.Lead customer specific projects if and where appropriate and capacity allows.What will make you successful?Experience working closely with farmers in an agricultural role is desirableExperience working with UK retail and food servicePassion for sustainabilityExcellent communication and relationship building skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionallyPlease be aware this role includes travel to farms and customers across the UK.Would you like to join us?For more information please contact Olivia Pine, Talent Acquisition Partner at Arla Foods.
