Fixed Term contracts for 3 years due to Funding
The post will provide effective support to individuals and families who have been displaced and are now living in South Tyneside.
You will be responsible to provide effective support, advice and guidance to individuals and families who are or have been seeking asylum, or from varying resettlement programs. As well as signposting to and liaison with all organisations currently working with families requiring support. As the postholder you will be expected to work within a case management framework.
