As a Site Operator, it would be your responsibility to?
* Receive deliveries of supplies and ensure safe handling and storage to laid down operational procedures.
* Load vehicles of supplies and ensure safe handling and dispatch to laid down operational procedures.
* Contribute to the safe handling and storage of chemical products to ensure compliance with legislation and operational requirements.
* Filling of packed products following operational procedures.
* Blending of products laid down in operational procedures.
* Building loads to meet customer and depot orders.
* Contribute to the safe and efficient running of the yard and warehouses.
* Applying general housekeeping at all times.
* Carrying out any reasonable task after adequate training, related to the post assigned by a line manager.
Your skills & experience
* Previous experience of working within the chemical industry (desirable)
* H&S experience
* Flexible and able to work within a team
* Able to follow H&S procedures and standards
* Able to communicate well with customers, suppliers, depots, and other employees
