We are seeking a confident, professional individual to join as an HR Assistant. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, dedicated, approachable, flexible, and possess excellent communication skills. The role requires working efficiently at pace, with the ability to prioritize and work well under pressure.
The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills and relevant experience in an HR/Payroll environment.
You will support the Business Manager and the wider academy in all HR and payroll aspects, including administering payroll, handling day-to-day HR/payroll enquiries, monitoring and recording staff absences, organizing and minute-taking at meetings, and managing the full recruitment process, including pre-employment checks for new staff.
