* Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to the highest standards.
* Change bed linens and make beds.
* Dust, polish, and vacuum rooms and corridors.
* Clean bathrooms, replenish amenities, and ensure all fixtures are in working order.
* Handle guest requests for additional items or services.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
* Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored correctly.
* Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
* Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
