About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join AECC University College as we continue to deliver against our strategic plan to develop and diversify our academic portfolio. Our vision is to be a leading specialist health sciences university. This role will join the Registry team, playing a key professional support role in the development and monitoring of new and existing courses.
We are looking for an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail to support the University’s existing quality assurance functions.
Working alongside both professional services and academic colleagues, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery and enhancement of Registry services, specifically in areas of academic quality and governance; quality assurance processes; management of definitive documentation and information (including the Student Records System); supporting institutional audits and review activities related to academic quality assurance; and educational partnership administration.
About the person
You will be enthusiastic about education and improving administrative practices. You should have experience working in an administrative role within education or a similar field.
You will need to demonstrate the ability to work independently and in teams, possess excellent attention to detail, and demonstrate professionalism and commitment. You should be confident in using various IT resources and systems, and proactive in suggesting improvements to existing practices for efficiency. Experience in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines is essential.
