Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. Responsibilities * Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand plumbing layouts. * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. * Perform pipe threading and assembly as required for different projects. * Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or needed repairs. * Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion. * Handle heavy lifting as necessary when installing or repairing plumbing components. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations. * Provide maintenance person services as needed for remodeling or renovation projects. Requirements * Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing codes and regulations. * Proficiency in welding techniques is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues. * Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. * Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. * Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. * Previous experience on construction sites is essential. * Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with plumbing work. * Additional skills in carpentry or maintenance person services are advantageous. * A valid commercial driving license may be required depending on job assignments.
