The Role
You’ll play a key role in identifying, appraising, and progressing development opportunities across residential, commercial, and mixed‑use schemes. Working closely with landowners, developers, and internal specialists, you’ll provide strategic advice, undertake viability assessments, manage negotiations, and support projects through the planning and disposal process.
What You’ll Bring
RICS qualification (MRICS or AssocRICS)
Strong understanding of development appraisal, land promotion, and planning processes
Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships
A proactive, analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness
