Role Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Pricing Analyst (Street Pricing). You will lead the development and deployment of Radar models to price business and produce analysis to understand the impact of price changes, from both a business and customer perspective, supported by pricing analysts.
You will work with a range of teams across the company including Data, Portfolio Management and Underwriting to implement new pricing models to support business and customer needs.
Working closely with colleagues, you will:
1. Contribute to the development of pricing structures and strategies to achieve growth and profitability objectives
2. Play a key role in the delivery and enhancement of our pricing capability
3. Be responsible for implementing pricing models in a timely and precise manner
4. Lead the migration of pricing models onto the Radar Live platform
5. Share and promote knowledge, skills and best working practices within the team
About You
To be successful in this role you should have:
6. A minimum of three years general insurance pricing experience
7. Strong experience of using Radar and Emblem pricing software
8. Strong data and analytical skills, working with large volumes of complex data
9. Experience using data analysis tools such as SAS, Python, R, SQL, Excel, VBA
10. Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
11. Strong problem solving skills
12. Business acumen as well as an understanding of the insurance sector
13. A high degree of numerical ability
