Job Title: Domestic Solar Sales Manager
Location: Edinburgh or Chandlers Ford (weekly team days on site)
Salary: £34,720 - £43,400 per annum, OTE £65k
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Utilita Home is expanding our Domestic Solar division, and we're looking for a motivated Domestic Solar Sales Manager to lead our growing team
What does this role involve?
As the Domestic Solar Sales Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering Utilita Home's domestic solar sales strategy.
You will lead the sales team, drive performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences, all while advancing our mission to bring affordable, sustainable energy to homes across the UK.
Who are we looking for?
A proven sales leader, you will bring experience in managing high-performing teams, ideally within the solar or wider renewable energy sector, alongside a strong track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
You'll demonstrate excellent communication, reporting, and organisational skills, paired with a customer-first mindset focused on quality and compliance.
As a strategic thinker, you'll be able to adapt quickly to changing industry conditions and guide your team effectively through a dynamic and competitive market.
