Overview
Join to apply for the Contracts Manager role at CSR (NI) LIMITED, covering Northern Ireland with responsibility for multiple commercial, educational, private and small works projects. This is a hands-on position reporting to the Operations Director.
Responsibilities
* Report to the Operations Director and act as a main representative for the company.
* Manage and motivate site teams.
* Plan resourcing of projects and monitor against budgets.
* Prepare and monitor work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines.
* Maintain excellent client relationships.
* Provide specialist technical leadership.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Experience with NI Main Contractor projects.
* Recent experience working in the local NI market.
* Demonstrable commercial knowledge.
* Ability to deliver projects on time and to high quality.
* Track record of successfully delivering projects ranging from £500k to £25 million.
* Experience planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources, ensuring delivery within time and cost constraints.
* IT and standard industry software skills.
* Ambitious and self-motivated; able to communicate confidently with all levels of staff and clients.
* Experience in managing and developing a team.
