This is a full-time role starting in September, ideal for someone with experience or a strong interest in working with students who have Autism and learning difficulties. You’ll be working with pupils aged 11 to 16, helping them build key skills and confidence both in and out of the classroom. What the Role Involves: * Providing tailored support to students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. * Helping pupils with emotional regulation, social communication, and managing behaviour positively. * Making use of structured strategies such as PECS, visual aids, and sensory tools. * Collaborating closely with teaching staff, therapists, and support teams to implement individual learning plans.
