About Go Swag We’re reinventing the corporate gifting industry through technology. Founded by tech entrepreneurs, Go Swag is moving beyond traditional "merch." We believe that software, AI, and smart automation can completely transform how the world’s biggest brands celebrate, reward, and build relationships. While the rest of the industry has been slow to change, we are building a future where technology powers personalisation at scale and operational excellence. From onboarding packs for new hires to global event giveaways, we deliver sustainable, premium merchandise that recipients actually love and use for years. We handle the entire end-to-end lifecycle - design, production, global storage, and distribution - making branded gifting effortless and borderless. Why join us? Elite Client Base: We are trusted by the most influential companies on the planet, including Meta, Intel, Unilever, ElevenLabs, and Lovable. Tech as a Differentiator: We aren't just a gifting company; we are a tech-first platform using NextJS, AI, and automation to disrupt a global market. Sustainability without Compromise: We champion high-quality, recycled products, moving the industry away from gimmicks and toward long-lasting impact. The Role We’re looking for a creative genius to join our graphic design team. You’ll design our enterprise proposals while owning the high-precision digital proofs that ensure our physical products are flawless. We need a designer who finds genuine pride in the details, capable of turning everything from a global pitch deck to internal team swag into a premium brand touchpoint. Sitting at the intersection of industrial design and high-end advertising, you will be our Subject Master Expert for concept design. You aren't just slapping a logo on a mug; you’re designing a physical experience that tells a massive brand story. Essential Skills Concept Architect & Visionary: A creative heavyweight with a background in advertising or industrial design, capable of bridging the gap between a "big idea" and its execution across multiple media; from technically viable physical products to high-impact digital activations. Production Precision: Expert-level attention to detail in creating digital proofs and placement guides, ensuring zero-error delivery for enterprise brands. Workflow Autonomy: A builder mentality - you thrive when given the freedom to set up your own functions, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline the BAU work. Technical Artistry: A talent for creating high-spec, design agency standard visuals under startup timelines. Collaborative Logic: The ability to proactively partner with the c-suite and sales teams to bring your own creative ideas to the table. You’ll work independently to challenge the brief and add a "creative genius" perspective that elevates the final output. Desirable Skills Experience in an agency or startup environment where you’ve managed projects spanning print, digital, and physical activations. A proactive interest in GenAI and design automation tools to make the "standard" work faster and smarter. Knowledge of eco-friendly materials and how they impact physical design and production limits. Growth Mindset Over Checklists: We’re looking for impact, not just a perfect cv. If you’re excited about this role but don't check every single box, we still want to hear from you. We see these requirements as a guide; what matters most is your potential to contribute, your passion for our mission, and your ability to solve complex problems. Application process (hosted remotely) Initial call with the Talent Lead: an informal call to discuss the role and your relevant skillset Interview with the CPO and Design Lead: you’ll have a chance to discuss your experience in more detail Take-home challenge: you’ll have a chance to showcase your skills Panel interview with CCO, CPO and Design Lead : you'll have the opportunity to meet csuite and your team Benefits Enjoy 30 days’ annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), plus an additional 3-day company-wide Christmas closure, plus an additional 1-day to celebrate the World Cup (2026). We believe in a hard reset at the end of the year so everyone can disconnect and recharge without the "inbox anxiety". This role includes an equity package, ensuring you have a real stake in the company’s success as we scale toward our next major milestones. Our kit is tailored to your role. From high-performance MacBooks for our creative and commercial teams to the dedicated hardware that powers our warehouse and production lines, we provide the tech you need to do your best work. We offer enhanced parental leave, offering 12 weeks’ full pay 12 weeks’ half pay for primary care-givers and 4 weeks’ full pay for secondary care-givers, ensuring you can focus on what matters most during those first few months. As an early hire in a scaling team, you won't just follow a playbook, you'll help write it. Your work directly shapes our product and culture. We don't just hire for where you are, but where you're going. Benefit from fully funded training and professional development tailored to your career goals. You’ll join a flat structure where you’re encouraged to act like an owner, with the unique opportunity to influence your own career path. We’re a collaborative, friendly team with a dog-friendly office (because sometimes the best brainstorming happens during a pet break). We offer a Company Pension to help you plan ahead and a Cycle-to-Work scheme for a greener, healthier commute. You'll get the full Go Swag experience: premium, sustainable curated gift packs to celebrate your own milestones. Go Swag is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
