Are you a proven Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager with experience in Capital Equipment, seeking a role in a global market leader where you will receive ongoing technical training, work autonomously, and have opportunities for career progression?

The position involves working within Capital Sales in the water industry, focusing on identifying and securing new business, retaining existing clients, and developing leads to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
* Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities
* Retain and expand relationships with current customers
* Sell services, parts, maintenance, and frameworks within the Industrial Water Markets
* Work predominantly in the field, with 75% of time spent face-to-face with customers
Candidate Profile:
* Experience in Capital Sales within the Water Industry (Waste Treatment, Environmental, Chemical, Pumps, Filtration, Screening, Sludge Treatment, etc.)
* Motivated, results-driven, with a proven track record in winning and managing business
* Full UK Driver's License
