We are currently working with a busy law practice in Harrogate who are looking for an immediately available administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage files and correspondence in LEAP, SharePoint and Outlook
* Prepare, organise and proofread documents, including court bundles
* Support client onboarding, billing, WIP reporting and payment follow-ups
* Arrange barristers, meetings, travel and events
* Handle calls, emails, reception duties and meeting room setup
* Manage post, archiving and general office administration
* Prioritise workload, meet deadlines and support colleagues
* Maintain confidentiality and comply with firm policies
Other information:
* 30 hour working week: flexible hours
* Temporary basis, there may be an opportunity to go permanent
* £13.50 - £14.00 per hour
