Role
The role of the Team Leader is to provide support and guidance to new and existing CareAngels, to be a brand ambassador and ensure that each person feels confident in their role as a Guardian Angel Carer, in addition to your primary role as carer. This is a great stepping stone for anyone wanting to take that next step in their career from carer.
Responsibilities
* Provide support and guidance to new and existing CareAngels.
* Act as a brand ambassador and ensure team members feel confident in their role as Guardian Angel Carer.
* Maintain personal contact with team members to understand what motivates them and ensure they feel valued.
* Provide a communication channel to the Care Supervisors and vice versa.
* Be flexible to carry out supervision outside of usual availability as required.
* Participate in the on-call rota for one evening per week and one weekend in every four.
Compensation
Payrates £16.65 - £17.75. You will receive an increased hourly rate plus, depending on how many colleagues in your team, an additional £25 per looked after CareAngel.
