Fram Search is working with a well-regarded Wealth Management firm based in Beaconsfield/High Wycombe that is looking to appoint a IFA Administrator as part of its continued growth. This is not a replacement hire — the business is expanding and investing in its support function, making it an excellent opportunity to join a stable and ambitious firm where experienced administrators are truly valued. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers, ensuring client work is processed efficiently, accurately and in line with regulatory standards. You’ll be responsible for managing complex cases, maintaining high-quality client records, liaising with providers, and acting as a reliable point of contact within the team. To be considered, candidates must have: Strong experience within an IFA or Wealth Management administration role Proven experience using Intelligent Office (IO) Good working knowledge of Excel, including confidence handling data and reporting A proactive, organised and detail-focused approach The firm offers a professional, collaborative environment where the administration team is central to delivering high standards of client service.
