We are currently expending and do the massive grow of our business ,we are looking to recruit a Deputy Care Manager to assist our Director and Operations Manager. This position is suitable for an experienced care coordinator who want to progress to deputy manager.
Deputy Care Manager Benefits:
* £32,000- £34,000 p/year depending on experience, increasing after probation period.

Deputy Care Manager main duties & responsibilities in brief
* This role is office based.
* Generate the weekly rota at least 3 weeks in advance alongside with the operations manager and director during probation period and be fully in charge of rota after passing probation.
* On call duties -one week every 8 weeks .
* Liaising with Social workers, Service Users and anyone involved in the SU care plan .
* Completing care plans and reviews.
* Setting up new care packages.
* Carrying out spot checks.
* Assisting the Director & Operations Manager.
* Assisting with recruitment.
* Driven and ambitious, and willing to progress in career.
* A team player whose goal is to provide excellent care service.
* Enthusiastic and energetic .
* Natural ability to form strong relationships.
* Have a real grasp on the workings of a domiciliary care sector.
* Creative and outside of the box lateral thinking.
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills; along with excellent written and communication skills; including word, outlook and excel.
* Full Driving Licence and own car and business insurance as this role will require travel to visit Service Users .
Requirements
* The candidate must hold at least NVQ 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and willing to work towards NVQ 5.
* Must have good experience and knowledge of the Domiciliary Care Industry, in a previous similar role in a domiciliary care setting.
