Our operations, customer service and sales teams are located in the prestigious Avalon building in Bournemouth, opposite the train and bus station.

The Sales Advisor Role
* Receiving inbound leads for customers expressing interest in our heating & cooling products via our in-house online lead generation or existing customer base;
* Using our bespoke CRM, generate automated customer quotes for their new products - all technical training will be provided;
* Closing sales to secure the business & managing your own sales pipeline;
* Use any additional benefits and discounts available to you to obtain the sale;
* 0% APR finance offering so our customers can pay nothing upfront;
* Being part of a talented sales team with ongoing learning and development
The Sales Advisor we want
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced sales professionals who are self-driven and motivated, as we put 100% trust in our staff to do their job well without being micromanaged. In addition, we are looking for:
* At least 2 years recent telesales experience;
* Proven track record of achieving KPIs;
* Motivated by exceeding targets and earning top commission;
* Has a passion for sales and a hunger for being the best;
* A great team player.
