Strategic Buyer – Hull - circa £45,0000 + CIPS
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering exclusively with a market leading manufacturer in Hull who are looking to recruit a Strategic Buyer to join their team.
This role will suit someone who comes from a manufacturing background with experience in strategic procurement and contract negotiation.

Strategic Buyer Duties:
* Build and manage supplier relationships
* Negotiate contracts and ensure fair pricing
* Source and onboard new suppliers with proper checks
* Monitor supplier performance and address issues
* Achieve cost savings and track market trends
* Run tenders and recommend best-value options
* Align payment terms with business goals
* Support new product launches and cross-team collaboration
* Maintain ethical standards and compliance
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Required skills & experience:
* Background within a similar role within a manufacturing environment
* Skilled negotiator with the ability to manage contracts, terms and pricing
* Strong relationship management
