We are seeking Care Assistants who shares our passion for providing the best possible care for our residents and who can demonstrate professionalism and energy in the home.
We are looking for somebody who:
- Supports our commitment to providing the best possible care for our residents and our ability to make them feel like family within a loving home. We need you to be like minded in this approach, valuing the small things which are important to each of our residents.
- We'd love you to be NVQ/QCF 2 qualified in Health & Social Care, but that is not a deal breaker. Ideally you will have had some care experience but this is not essential as we provide lots of training. The key to us is that you share our values.
- In addition, you need to possess good communication skills, be a team player, be reliable and committed and have a natural affinity to older people.
