We’re looking for a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to step into secondary classrooms and keep lessons running smoothly when teachers are away. You’ll guide students through set work, keep behaviour on track, and make sure learning doesn’t miss a beat.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supervising classes and delivering pre-planned lessons
* Supporting pupils to stay focused and engaged
* Managing classroom behaviour and following school policies
* Building positive relationships with staff and students
* Being flexible and ready to adapt to different classes and subjects
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working with young people (schools, youth work, coaching, tutoring – all valuable)
* Confident, calm, and good at building rapport quickly
* Able to manage behaviour fairly and consistently
* Flexible and adaptable to different settings and age groups
* Must have an enhanced DBS and experience working in a secondary school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
