Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial team at Marsh. This is part of a national team and can be worked from any of our New Zealand branches.
As Risk Advisor – Personal Lines, you will collaborate with our insurer partners to provide personal lines insurance solutions and assistance to both our internal and external customers.
We will count on you to:
1. Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
2. Service small client accounts with assistance from senior team members.
3. Maintain strong working relationships with insurers and adhere to the Company’s Quality practices.
4. Ensure timely and accurate production of new business quotations, renewal documentation, invoices, and all related policy account documentation.
5. Manage claims documentation, premium funding documentation, and credit control effectively.
What you need to have:
6. New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5)
7. At least 2 years of Personal Lines experience in the insurance industry.
8. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in oral and written communication.
9. Strong attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise effectively.
10. A flexible, self-motivated, adaptive, and responsive approach to work.
11. The ability to work proactively and independently, as well as part of a large team.
12. Experience in a challenging environment and a commitment to pursuing professional qualifications.
