Regional Education Manager – Lead & Inspire Across Multiple Centres

£45,000 - £48,000

About the Role

As Regional Education Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple centres, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning are consistently achieved. You’ll lead and develop a team of tutors, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure full compliance with Ofsted and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:

Recruiting, training, and developing tutors to deliver exceptional learner experiences

*

Driving continuous improvement through lesson observations and constructive feedback

*

Monitoring centre performance, compliance, and learner outcomes

*

Acting as the key link between centre teams and senior leadership

*

Leading on Ofsted readiness and supporting inspections to ensure positive outcomes

This is a strategic leadership position where your decisions will shape regional performance and drive organisational success.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for an experienced and inspirational education leader who brings:

*

A recognised qualification in Education (Level 5 or above)

*

At least 5 years’ teaching experience combined with 3+ years in educational or operational management

*

Experience conducting lesson observations and supporting Ofsted inspections

*

Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of driving performance

*

Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication abilities

*

Flexibility to travel between centres as required

Experience with e-portfolios (OneFile) and familiarity with the Matrix Standard are desirable but not essential.
