Our client is looking for a strategic and tenacious Business Development Manager to join their high-performing Radiology Solutions team. This is a rare opportunity to join the UK team and take ownership of the pivotal South East and South London territory with significant existing momentum.
This is a dynamic, hybrid role with an 80/20 split. Your primary focus (80%) will be on hunting for new business and expanding market share. The other 20% will be dedicated to nurturing and growing existing key accounts.

Your Mission:
* Hunt & Grow: Proactively identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with NHS Trusts and private healthcare groups across your territory.
* Own the Full Sales Cycle: From generating your own leads through networking to negotiating and closing complex deals, you will manage the entire process.
* Nurture Key Accounts: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their success and our continued partnership.
* Become a Trusted Advisor: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that demonstrate the unique clinical and financial value of their radiology portfolio.
* Collaborate for the Win: Work closely with our internal marketing, product, and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
* 3-5 years of proven sales experience in healthcare imaging or medical device capital equipment.
* A strong background and understanding of Radiology (X-ray, MRI, etc.) is highly preferred.
* An established network of contacts within hospitals (Radiology Service Managers, Heads of Radiology, Procurement) across the South East, South Coast, and South London.
* A true 'hunter' mentality with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Experience with strategic or consultative selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale).
* The ability to work autonomously, manage a complex territory, and build a healthy sales pipeline.
* Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time to engage with clients and prospects.
