A respected organisation in the HR and Pensions sector is seeking an HR and Pensions Advisor in Ipswich for a temporary 2 month contract, starting ASAP. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a busy team during a key operational period. * HR& Pensions Advisor * Temporary contract * Immediate start * Ipswich based/ hybrid * £17.50 – £18.50 per hour, paid weekly via umbrella The Role As the HR and Pensions Advisor, you’ll: * Administer multiple pension schemes and ensure compliance with auto-enrolment legislation * Reconcile monthly pension contributions and submit data to providers * Liaise with LGPS, CSPS and other schemes to process employee changes * Support benefit renewals and prepare accurate employee data * Administer employee benefits including cycle to work, childcare vouchers, and health plans You To be successful in the role of HR and Pensions Advisor, you’ll bring: * Relevant experience * Strong background in HR, pensions administratior, pensions assistant, or benefits administrator, hr assistant roles * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure * A proactive, collaborative approach to work * The ability to commute to site in Cambridgeshire Apply Now!
