As a
Hire Manager
based in
Gatwick
you’ll be responsible for: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hire desk in Gatwick, ensuring exceptional customer service is provided Managing a team of Hire Coordinators, drivers and engineers, conducting 1:1s and appraisals. You will also be involved in future recruitment for your team Ensuring all contracts are loaded onto the system, raising orders, managing customer queries and writing quotes for customers Increasing our hire activity, being proactive and reaching out to existing and prospective customers to win new business
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am -5.00pm.

To be able to confidently manage a team to drive the business forward To be confident interacting with customers and suppliers face to face and over the phones to build strong effective relationships
