Role: Kitchen Manager
As a Kitchen Manager for Grosvenor, you will lead and coordinate your team in delivering a fantastic food offer within your venue. You will take responsibility for all day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring outstanding quality and consistency of food and service. You will also be responsible for the safety of all team members and customers, always adhering to the highest standards of food safety and health and safety. You will be accountable for service levels and operational results, ensuring an outstanding F&B experience on every visit.
Qualifications
* Proven ability to manage great customer experience in food preparation in restaurants and/or the hospitality industry.
* Experience in running a busy commercial kitchen.
* Previous successful experience in managing the costs and revenues of a food or hospitality outlet.
* Experience in cooking basic Chinese cuisine.
