AD Vehicle Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller / Garage Manager to join our growing team. We are a rapidly expanding Maxus main dealer and one of the UK's leading Maxus warranty providers, operating from a large 17,00sq ft fully equipped workshop with dedicated MOT bay and bodyshop facilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and highly organised professional to take ownership of workshop operations within a fast-paced, forward-thinking business.

Key responsibilities
* Oversea day-to-day workshop operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
* Manage workflow, job allocation and technician performance
* Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards
* Liaise with service advisors, warranty teams and customers where required
* Monitor turnaround times and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Support and lead workshop staff to maintain a positive, professional environment
* Maintain accurate records and reporting
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar Workshop Controller or Garage Manager role (essential)
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Experience working in a busy workshop or dealer environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
* Strong understanding of workshop processes and productivity management
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Additional information
* Working hours - 06:30-16:30, Monday to Friday
* Salary - £40,000-£44,000 per annum (depending on experience)
