About the role
* You will join us as a Telesales Advisor working for a business that is recognised as a market leader in the card payments industry
* We are looking for a talented, target driven sales individual, who is committed to delivering high quality sales over the phone
* The role involves making outbound calls (warm leads provided) to new businesses, receiving inbound calls and managing your own caseload
* This is a fast-paced target driven environment. This is not a role where you would want to coast on a basic, but a role where you are genuinely rewarded well for the effort you put in.
About you
* You don't need experience in card payments, however you will have sales experience
* Target driven – You’ll be able to discuss times when you’ve achieved your goals
* Excellent communication skills – you will be dealing with a range of small to medium size businesses
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Takes ownership of the full sales process
* Able to manage own workload and work unsupervised – support is available but we want you to drive your own success
