We offer a competitive base salary of £40,000 (Inclusive London Weighting allowance if applicable), with an average OTE ranging from £45,000 to £55,000. About the role
The RAC is the UK's leading breakdown service provider - a people-powered business of 4,000 'orange heroes' delivering best-in-class motoring services for both private and business drivers. Our growth has created a fantastic opportunity for skilled, field-based Roadside Mechanic to join our Roadside Patrol team.
Responsibilities
* As a Roadside Mechanic, handle diverse breakdowns and technical issues, applying technical, electrical, and diagnostic expertise
* Provide customer-focused service and support
* Operate as part of RAC Roadside Patrol, working face-to-face with members and delivering on-site solutions
Qualifications
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
* Demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
* A customer-focused approach
* A full UK driving licence
