Business Analyst - Financial Services / Banking
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in financial services or banking and hands-on experience in credit control processes. This role involves working on critical transformation projects, gathering requirements, and ensuring seamless delivery across complex financial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements for credit control and financial operations.
2. Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
3. Produce high-quality artefacts including process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
4. Support UAT and system testing phases, ensuring robust quality assurance.
5. Work closely with project managers and technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with regulatory and compliance standards.
Key Skills & Experience:
6. Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services or banking.
7. Strong understanding of credit control processes and financial operations.
8. Excellent documentation and communication skills.
9. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
10. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project lifecycle delivery
