We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our HS2 main works team in London.
What you’ll do:
* Be proactive in preventing substandard works being produced by coaching and providing training.
* Ensure that quality management is given the highest priority in delivery in the delivery of their works to achieve right first time.
* Communicate with delivery team and sub-contractors to ensure full understanding of quality assurance requirements.
* Check the works during progress and on completion to ensure that it has been constructed in line with the Work Information.
* Communicate to the MEP Asset Delivery Manager & Asset Design Engineers any non-conformances.
What you’ll bring to the role:
* Experience within MEP quality related role on a major infrastructure project.
* Has an MEP trade background.
* Computer competence (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint).
* Competent with Electronic based Snagging programmes e.g. BIM360, SnagR.
