We're currently looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team. Whether you're unqualified with hands-on experience, newly qualified, or a seasoned EY professional, we'd love to hear from you!
What We're Looking For
A genuine love for working with children aged 0-5
Understanding of the EYFS framework, including prime and specific areas of learning
Ability to support child-led play, next steps planning, and observations
Commitment to inclusive practice, safeguarding, and positive behaviour strategies
Someone who values partnerships with parents and key person responsibilities
