Role responsibilities
As Graphic Designer (Campaigns), you will be responsible for providing direct artwork and graphic design support to Marketing Managers. Working with key internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies, you will support with the delivery of campaigns through graphic design and art working, as well as providing creative peer review support where required.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
1. Providing essential design support to the Campaigns team within the Marketing department, delivering art working and graphic design support for through-the-line campaigns, internally led creative briefs.
2. Using high-level organisation skills, prioritisation, process orientation & version control to manage an often busy and conflicting schedule.
3. Supporting the relationship management with external creative agencies, often working collaboratively in the delivery of marketing campaign activities and design applications.
4. Managing the compliant application of the Welsh language through creative applications.
5. Delivering of other tasks as directed by Marketing Manager (Consumer) or, by agreement, other senior managers.
Who we’re looking for
6. Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
7. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
8. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
9. Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and visualisation skills.
10. Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
Welsh Language Skills
The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
